- Within 60 days of enactment, the Secretary of the Interior accepts relinquishment of the Bull Mountains Lease if the lessee offers it, and conveys federal mineral interests in about 4,530 acres to the Hope Family Trust.
- The Hope Family Trust conveys its mineral interests in about 4,660 acres within the Crow Reservation to the Tribe, which the United States holds in trust for the Tribe on request and which are not subject to state taxation.
- Musselshell Resources LLC conveys about 959 acres of surface land to the United States, and the Secretary conveys about 940 acres of federal surface land to the company.
- The Tribe must notify the Secretary in writing of a revenue-sharing formula agreed with the Hope Family Trust before the conveyances, and the tracts stay withdrawn from mining claims, mineral leasing, and public land entry while pending; tribal status cannot reduce other federal benefits.
